1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration caused after delivery.
• Products returned without original packaging or tags.

3. Return Process

• Contact our support team by emailing support@vexira.com with your order details and reason for the return.
• Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
• Our courier partner will arrange a pickup where available. If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address.
• Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. You will be notified once your return is approved or rejected.

4. Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product.

5. Replacement Policy

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, or if your replacement request is approved, a replacement order will be shipped.
• Replacement orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund as applicable.
