General

These terms cover your use of the Vexira website, our products and our services. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

We may update or replace these terms at any time without notice. Changes apply as soon as they are posted on this page.

Orders and payments

An order is confirmed only after successful payment, or after a cash on delivery order is confirmed where cash on delivery is available.

We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets and, where available, cash on delivery.

We may cancel or refuse an order if we find fraud, a payment problem, a pricing error or that an item is out of stock. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you to your original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

We process orders promptly, and they are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary with your location and courier availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, weather or courier disruptions.

Returns, refunds and replacements

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, under our returns policy.
• Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 4 to 5 business days after the item passes our check.
• Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on stock.

Product information

We do our best to make sure product descriptions, photos, details and prices are accurate. Colour, texture and look can still vary slightly because of photography, lighting and your screen settings. We may correct any errors without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vexira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that arise from using our website, products or services.
